Shipping Regions
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10 applies to all standard shipping orders up to 5kgs, Australia-wide.
- Express Shipping: A flat rate of $15 applies to all express shipping orders up to 5kgs, Australia-wide.
- Orders Exceeding 5kgs: Shipping costs for orders exceeding 5kgs are calculated based on the weight and the delivery region.
Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders Received Before 2 PM: Orders placed before 2 PM on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders Received After 2 PM: Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Business Days
Our business days are Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Heavily discounted or discontinued items are non-returnable.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

- If a product is incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For exchanges or incorrectly ordered products, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
