Self-clinching Flush Nuts are designed to sit flush in sheets as thin as 1.5mm. These fasteners are ideal for applications where load-bearing threads are needed in thin sheets, but a smooth surface is required on both sides.

The flush nut is easily installed by pressing it into a round hole in the metal sheet. Once installed, both the top and bottom of the sheet remain smooth, improving the functionality and appearance of the assembly. These nuts can also be installed before the sheet is bent or formed, providing strong threads in areas that would be hard to reach after forming.
